Watercolor is home to one of South Walton’s most picturesque coastal dune lakes, Western Lake, and nearly half of Watercolor is comprised of open space and nature preservation focusing on environmental stewardship and eco-friendly designs.
Watercolor was designed to enhance the natural beauty that surrounds this highly-desired community and was built with sustainability in mind to create a small-town vibe while also offering modern amenities to create an upscale feel.

The Watercolor Beach Club is the crown jewel of this renowned community featuring three pools with unobstructed Gulf views and a bar and grill. Membership to the Watercolor Beach Club is included in the HOA dues.
