Meet Patrick
Co-Owner & Legal CounselPatrick’s professional career has drifted between law, real estate development, and entrepreneurial endeavors. As a result, he has a unique and broad background with hands-on practical experience in a variety of areas. As an attorney, real estate developer, and sales agent, chances are he has first-hand experience or has litigated any real estate question or problem you can throw at him.
His prior development projects include six large-scale multi-family and mixed-use developments in Destin and South Walton in which he managed all areas of project development, including land acquisition, due diligence, regulatory approval, site, and building design, financing, marketing and sales, and construction management.
As a local attorney, he represented buyers, sellers, developers, and property owners in a wide variety of real estate-related matters, including contract disputes; upland and riparian boundary disputes; easement disputes; title defect litigation; real estate financing litigation; and business disputes. As a co-owner of and legal counsel at 850 Properties, Patrick spends most of his time working with agents to ensure our client’s real estate transactions are as smooth and problem free as possible.
